These neighborhoods are in Spin1610's fringe area. Residents here may need to use a high quality, long distance AM receiver to hear Spin1610 clearly. Examples of such radios: CCRadio GE SuperRadio and the Sangean DT-200V. Depending on environmental conditions (like power line noise) in some homes, Spin1610 may not be audible at all.
